5/4/11 - Added Phase Plan map.
4/26/11 - We will be displaying a map of the Construction Project and a Calendar/Timeline of the project at three public locations: Public Library on Colonial Ave., Arts of the Albemarle on Main Street, and in Southgate Mall. The displays should be available as early as Monday, May 2, 2011 for public viewing.
There will also be a construction office set up on Poindexter Street next to Bryon's Hot Dog Stand where construction staff will be available to answer questions.
